There are three components to our pricing: room rental, bar package, and event rental fees.
During your initial consultation, we will provide a quote to give you an estimate of expected expenses.
Below pricing is based on room rental only.
Rental Rates
The Bottling Room
Up to 60 guests
Sunday-Friday: Hourly Rate of $100
(A minimum of four hours required. Unavailable on Saturday)
The House
Up to 400 seated guests
Monday-Thursday: Starting at $800
Friday & Saturday Wedding/Receptions: Starting at $3200
Sunday Wedding/Receptions: Starting at $2700
Depending on your event space needs and day of the week, our base rates range between $400-$800 for corporate events and $2700-$3200 for weddings.
